Prayer

God, great harbor for the humble, thank you for welcoming me into the safety of your love. Pride entices me to go it alone, serving only my own interests. Humility calls me to love and serve others. Pride and humility both beckon me. Let me hear only your invitation to choose humility. Accepting your call, I gladly serve others. Amen.
