When the LORD restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dream.
Psalm 126:1
Love never ends. But as for prophecies, they will come to an end; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will come to an end. For now we see only a reflection, as in a mirror, but then we will see face to face.
1 Corinthians 13:8, 12
Gracious and merciful God, thank you for loving a world that does not always love you back. Too many times my love turns inward. Forgive my selfishness. Draw near to those who feel unloved, unwanted, and unworthy. Filled with your love, may my life be poured out in loving service to others. Amen.
