Those who counsel peace have joy.
Proverbs 12:20
If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.
Romans 12:18
Jesus, I lash out too easily, seeking to prove my point and verbally taking no prisoners along the way. Humble my prideful spirit and help me to be a peacemaker, one who listens carefully and considerately. When I need to speak your truth in the face of error, may I do so gently and lovingly, guided by your Spirit. Amen.
