All the people responded with a great shout when they praised the LORD because the foundation of the house of the LORD had been laid.

Savior Jesus, I've tried to build my own life foundations, trusting in money, human relationship, and work, to give me fulfillment. But they all lack your perfect love. I pray that I might be satisfied in your love that surrounds me. May your unconditional mercy cause me to rejoice daily and share your blessings generously. Amen.
