God Re Creates Hearts For Faith And Love (Jeremiah 31:33; Romans 9:4)

God knows our hearts need His help to have the life that we were created to enjoy. This is the message of this year’s “Daily Texts” cover from Ezekiel 36. Our God knows our hearts are defective and need help. That is why we need Jesus. He is the one who gives us His heart to replace ours. This artwork, created by Dianne who spoke with us on our Sunday podcast, will become a card which you can use to share with people who need to know that we have a God who has a heart for us. His heart! You can buy these cards for $4.95 each or at the great price of $14.95 for five cards. Email us at joso@groundupgrace.com to let us know your interest in getting them and we will send you information on how to pay for your order.

Old Testament Verse

This is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Jeremiah 31:33

New Testament Verse

They are Israelites, and to them belong the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship, and the promises.
Romans 9:4

Prayer

God of strong promises, thank you for also adopting me. You recognize and claim me as one of your own. When I forget I am yours, I become a stranger to myself. Today please fill me with assurance that you are with me and in me. May your covenant, written on my heart, help me celebrate this wonder. Amen.
