Prayer

God of light, I praise you because the gospel shines like the sun in our shadowy world. Forgive me for trusting in the pale light of my own understanding. Make me wise with your truth, and gracious toward those whose eyes are still blind. Help me to be an instrument of your peace, in Jesus' name. Amen.
