JESUS SAYS, “MY FATHER AND I LOVE YOU WHO KEEP MY WORD. WE WILL COME AND MAKE OUR HOME WITH YOU.” WHAT AN AMAZING GIFT OF GOD THAT HE LOVES YOU SO MUCH THAT HE WANTS TO MOVE IN WITH YOU. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN TO YOU THAT THE CREATOR OF THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH WANTS TO MOVE IN WITH YOU? YOU MUST BE VERY PRECIOUS TO GOD THAT HE WANTS TO SPEND ETERNITY WITH YOU.
The LORD declares: Far be it from me, for those who honor me I will honor, and those who despise me shall be treated with contempt.
1 Samuel 2:30
Jesus answered him, "Those who love me will keep my word, and my Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them."
John 14:23
Good and gracious God, I love you because you first loved me. I want my life to bring honor to you, and yet I have a sinful nature. Help me recognize my sins and turn back to you. Show me the way you would have me go. Come into my heart and make your home with me. Amen.
