(Missioncast) Jesus Open Our Eyes To See You And To Call On You (Psalm 91:9; Mark 10:47) (Guidance)

Today’s Mission Cast is missing Jeff and MIm. This photo was taken when we were with the Nellermoes in late October as we offered a Table Talk ministry in their church. As part of our time, Mim surprised us with a special birthday present for me. It was a horseback ride on the ocean beach not far from their home. Mim loves horses and has created a ministry with them everywhere she has lived. Sadly, she was thrown from the horse she was riding yesterday and had to go to the hospital. In addition to this riding accident (we could never have imagined for Mim), she also has suffered the death of her mom who passed away this past week. She was able to be with her to the end, but the grief that Mim is carrying is overwhelming. Please pray for Mim. We will let you know her condition as soon as we find out more. Thank you.

Old Testament Verse

The LORD is my refuge.
Psalm 91:9 NIV

New Testament Verse

When Bartimaeus heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to shout out and say, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!"
Mark 10:47

Prayer

Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me. At times I am blind to your presence and deaf to your leading. Yet I know you are my salvation and my refuge. I am grateful for your kind and gentle heart. With my eyes focused on you, I will follow your leading and rest in the shelter of your arms. Amen.
