We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28
God in good times and adversity, thank you for your steadfast presence in all aspects of my life. I often question your purposes when faced with adversity, so I am grateful for your promise that "all things work together for good for those who love God." Please expand my capacity to love you, especially when life is difficult. Amen.
