Prayer
Jesus Christ, you are the foundation of my life. The storms of society, politics, or ill health can buffet me every day. I find relief as I come to you, great source of stability. I pause right now to absorb your strength. I breathe in your love and let out fears. There is none like you, Jesus. Amen.
