Confidence In Praying To God (Psalm 65:5; 1 John 5:14)

This image was created for the anniversary for the 10th anniversary of 9/11. It uses the promise from Psalm 91:15. It is the 911 text in the Bible. This verse reveals, as in today’s texts, that God will keep His promise to us. God’s will shall be done either in this world or in the next. We live with that expectation and confidence as we approach God.

Prayer

Holy Presence, I am awed by your invitation to approach you. I wonder, is there anything too small to bring to you? So often I come to you in prayer only when things are falling apart. Today I bring all things large and small to you. I will keep my eyes open to recognize and welcome your answers. Amen.
