Holy One, my soul waits silently in your presence. Yet, I realize how much I chatter on and on to you. I hardly listen at all. Quiet the voices within me. Give me ears to hear your voice. I want to hear your loving words. Today I will be a more loving, receptive listener to you and others. Amen.
