The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?

Jesus said, "Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life."
John 8:12
Thank you, Lord, for shining your light through the darkness and fear that would devour me. Forgive my impulse to develop dark negatives instead of turning my eyes to the promise of your refreshing final photo. Make your dawning light the stronghold of my life. Amen.
