IRISHCAST Mercy triumphs over anger (Jonah 3v9 Mark 11v24)
Who knows? God may relent and change his mind; he may turn from his fierce anger, so that we do not perish.
Jonah 3:9
Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Mark 11:24
Relenting God, your promise fills my heart with hope. It is good news that you change your mind and save me, even though I do not deserve it. Help me turn to you in prayer and believe in the life that is mine in you. Let me relent from my anger toward others so they may know your grace. Amen.
