No one has power over the day of death.

And can any of you by worrying add a single hour to your span of life?
Matthew 6:27
Creator of time and life, you already know the number of my days. Continue to remind me. I worry. I fret. Worry accomplishes nothing. I surrender my worries to you. You must increase. I must decrease. Allow me today to lift the burden of worry for another. Amen.
