What does the steadfast love of God mean to you? How do you exemplify this unconditional love in your relationships? 3. Write a prayer of thanks to your Heavenly Father for the way he delights in you.

Old Testament Verse

Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity and passing over the transgression of the remnant of his possession? He does not retain his anger forever because he delights in showing steadfast love.
Micah 7:18

New Testament Verse

Mary said, "God has come to the aid of his child Israel, in remembrance of his mercy."
Luke 1:54

Prayer

What an awesome God you are! You have chosen me to be your child. With my inheritance comes mercy and forgiveness of my sin. I'm grateful that you do not stay angry with me but delight in showing unfailing love. Help me show unconditional love to my family and friends and others who may need your love shared today. Amen.
