God is wise in heart, and mighty in strength-who has resisted him, and succeeded?

But who indeed are you, a human being, to argue with God?
Romans 9:20
Lord God of wisdom, thank you for your mighty ways. I am sorry that I think my ways are best. Cleanse me of these false deliberations. Subject me to your counsel alone. Give me a humble and willing spirit to serve you as my Lord. As I pray on my knees, open my ears to act on your guidance. Amen.
