IRISHCAST God in our midst (Zeph 3v15_ 2 Tim 1v7)
The king of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst; you shall fear disaster no more.
Zephaniah 3:15
God did not give us a spirit of cowardice, but rather a spirit of power and of love and of self-discipline.
2 Timothy 1:7
King of Israel, you are in our midst; therefore, I need not succumb to fear or cowardice. You have given me yourself. In you, my fears and my reluctance are replaced with a renewed spirit. Rule and reign in me. Pour forth your power, love, and self-discipline in all I say or do. Amen.
