Our friends from Ethiopia who are now US Citizens serving as a pastor and a nurse in Breckenridge, MN share with us the story of Christianity in Ethiopia and their story of receiving an undivided heart.
Give me an undivided heart to revere your name.
Psalm 86:11
God exalted him even more highly and gave him the name that is above every other name, so that at the name given to Jesus every knee should bend, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Philippians 2:9-11
Lord, you know how stiff my knees are! Give me this day calisthenics that I may feed on your flexibility. Like the Israelites of old, I too am stiff-necked. Help me develop your range of motion that embraces people not just like me. I want to kneel with strangers! Amen.
