God called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
1 Peter 2:9
Light of the world, I am comforted in your shining presence. Yet, my dark thoughts and worldly fears blind me. Your word is my hope. Lead me now out of this present darkness into your marvelous light. Turn my fearful blindness into courageous vision. Light my way to loving and serving others who walk in darkness. Amen.
