(Mission Cast) Light A Candle In The Darkness: A Call To Action (James 3:7; James 2:15 16)
The LORD said, "I have observed the misery of my people who are in Egypt; I have heard their cry on account of their taskmasters."
Exodus 3:7
If a brother or sister is naked and lacks daily food and one of you says to them, "Go in peace; keep warm and eat your fill," and yet you do not supply their bodily needs, what is the good of that?
James 2:15-16
Listening Lord, I cry out to you, as do so many, that you would deliver me from the weight of my sin. This burden is too great to bear. Thank you for the relief of your mercy and grace. Open my heart to the needs of my neighbors. Pour me out as a vessel of your mercy and grace. Amen.
