God’s Justice Is Jesus Who Loves Us To Death (Isaiah 51:4;Luke 2:28,30 32)

Simeon prophesies that all nations will know the justice of God that is revealed in our Savior Jesus. He did not know all the places where our podcast is heard but many of these are listed on this painting. You who listen are the light of the world in those places where our Lord has caused you to live. Let your light of living as a forgiven sinner shine before others so that they may see the glory of God revealed in Jesus through you. Simeon praised God, saying, "My eyes have seen your salvation, which you have prepared in the presence of all peoples, a light for revelation to the gentiles and for glory to your people Israel."

Prayer

Almighty God, thank you for extending your light through your Son Jesus. He is your hope and love for the world. I praise you for his shining in and on my life. Guide my steps this day to those in darkness. May I beautifully reflect your light to the world around me, for your glory. Amen.
