IRISHCAST Oh Lord hear my prayer (Ps 102v17; Phil 4v6)
The LORD will regard the prayer of the destitute, and will not despise their prayer.
Psalm 102:17
Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
Philippians 4:6
Thank you, ever-listening and ever-loving Father, for asking for my prayers and wanting to hear from me often, for desiring my praise and my petitions. You yearn for my supplication and thanksgiving. When I feel shy about asking or grow weary of my repetitiveness, forgive my attitude and remind me of your desire to connect with me through prayer. Amen.
