Trustworthy Father, you have not promised me a life without hardship, confusion, and disappointment. Instead, you have promised me something greater: perfect peace amid the storms of life. You are generous and compassionate, loving and kind, reliable and stable. Thank you for being my rock and fortress. Amen.
