Who has performed and done this, calling the generations from the beginning? I, the LORD, am first and will be with the last.

Revelation 1:17-18
Lord of inspiring light, you shine on me every day. Thank you for finding me with your word even when I am on my island of isolation. Help me remember how you have chosen me by grace so that I may not fear your rejection. Let me trust your call for me no matter how strange it may feel. Amen.
