Ephesians 4:15
Great judge of all the earth, no secret of mine is hidden from you. Therefore, I ask you, Lord, transform my anxious heart. Help me to become merciful to others as you are to me. By your mercy may I then speak your truth in love. Help me to grow up in every way into Christ. Amen.
