Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will hardship, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Romans 8:35
Gracious God, I praise you for your presence in my life. Through Christ you are with me always. Forgive my fainting heart. Renew me with the power of your Holy Spirit. Help me to see hardships and persecutions as moments to witness to you. Teach me to work for peace that swords would be put away. Make me bold. Amen.
