Jeff and Mim talk about the precious promises in God‘s word that have deeply affected and shaped their lives. Words have real power. They can bless or wound. They examine some of the positive words their parents used over them that were based in God‘s word and how these have shaped their lives. They also share a few of their favorite words from the Bible, imagining God, the Father, speaking them directly to them. And they reflect on some of God‘s key promises that shape their lives. Prayer

Gracious God, thank you for redeeming me from the flood and setting my feet on solid rock. When I ponder your grace, I'm overwhelmed. Make Jesus my center, that I might treasure him who set aside heaven's treasures for me. Transform my halting, hurtful speech into language fit for your gospel, that I may share your treasure today. Amen.
