( Theta)Simple Faith (Genesis 12:1,3 & Galatians 3:9) (Faith)

The Lord told Abram that through him, God would bless all the families of the earth. At the time there weren’t 8 billion people alive in all kinds of families. But God said “all the families from now on will be blessed through you.” We who believe in the God who saves the ungodly are among those blessed through this man. So rest in the faith God has given you to know that our Lord has blessed you like Abraham in spite of everything you know about yourself. And He will bless others through you.

Those who believe are blessed with Abraham who believed.

Prayer

Blessed Savior, thank you for spiritual forefathers like Abraham, who taught us how to be a blessing to others. Forgive me when I forget the lasting power of my words and actions. Jesus, I long to be a blessing just as you were. As I walk in your ways today, may my actions point others to you. Amen.
