Do you ever feel like you are under a curse? You long for life to be good but it seems to turn out bad. You feel marked for bad things. The Bible explains that curses are caused by many things. So your cursed condition has a biblical explanation. But your curse can be reversed. In fact it is forgivin' livin' that begins reversin' the cursin! Just as there are words that can put a curse on you, there is the Word that reverses your curses. This Word became a human being. You know His name. It is used as a curse word. So the next time someone says "Jesus Christ" as a curse, just thank God that Jesus has become your curse. Jesus takes your curse. You get his freedom. Prayer

All-knowing God, in my blindness, I create scenarios where others mistreat me intentionally. Often, it holds me hostage, keeping me stuck in the past and unable to move forward. Release me from my prison. Crucify my pride! Help me offer forgiveness for the unforgivable, so I might learn to soar into all you want to do through me. Amen.
