SUNDAYCAST Adopted as God’s children (Isaiah 57:11; Romans 8:15)
The LORD said: Whom did you dread and fear so that you lied, and did not remember me?
Isaiah 57:11
You did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father."

Heavenly Father, with gratitude and thanksgiving, I enjoy being your adopted child. I never deserved it and did not earn it, but I'll gladly receive it! Help me to remember the quarry from which you carved me and let me leave all that behind. Help me grow and mature in your ways and be a blessing to someone today. Amen.
