Knowing our Father’s love(Job 9:2-3; Luke 15:18)
How can a mortal be just before God? If one wished to contend with him, one could not answer him once in a thousand.
Job 9:2-3
I will get up and go to my father, and I will say to him, "Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you."
Luke 15:18
Compassionate Father, perfect in wisdom and absolute in power, thank you for never-ending love and mercy greater than my sin. I have followed the ways of the world and fought against you in word and deed. I have sinned and yet long for your presence, depending on your kindness to receive me back into your open arms. Amen.
