Lift up your heads, O gates! and be lifted up, O ancient doors! that the King of glory may come in.

To all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God.
John 1:12
Saving Lord, I praise you for equipping me to do the work of your kingdom, for renewing me in my baptism each day, and making me fit to serve you and others in love. May I eagerly anticipate your intervention in my life as you place before me countless opportunities to witness to your saving grace in Jesus. Amen.
