My speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.

Mighty God, you reveal your power by operating in human weakness through the work of the Spirit. Grant me faith to accept who and what I am as a person endowed with your Spirit. Grant me courage to say what I should say and do what I should do, trusting in your great and creative power. Amen.
