You have put gladness in my heart more than when their grain and wine abound.

The kingdom of God is not food and drink but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Romans 14:17
Holy Spirit, thank you for filling me with peace and joy. With a glad heart I praise your holy name. When I see miles of grain, I am moved to honor and glorify you. There are times, though, when the necessities of life, food, and drink preoccupy my thoughts. Yet, even then, I will praise you. Amen.
