HOLY LAND CAST Fruits of righteousness (Psalm 1:3; Phil 1:9,11)
The righteous are like trees planted by streams of water, which yield their fruit in its season, and their leaves do not wither.
Psalm 1:3
Paul wrote: This is my prayer, that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ-to the glory and praise of God.
Philippians 1:9, 11 NIV
Great planter of righteousness, I am blessed by those who grow your seeds of wise living. They are truly like stately, magnificent trees. The fruit of their wisdom nourishes me. I pause now to name and give thanks for the wise people in my life. Help me bear fruit of righteousness to others. All to your glory, God. Amen.
