Pray for the welfare of your neighborhood (Jeremiah 29:7; Matthew 21:10)
Seek the welfare of the city and pray to the LORD on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.

When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was in turmoil, asking, "Who is this?"
Matthew 21:10
Lord God, when the world around me is in turmoil, you bring peace. When it seems that no one knows you, you reveal yourself in whispers and winks. When I lift up others to you in prayer, you listen. Thank you for the way you care for us. You are good. Amen.
