THETA Gentle & Humble (Deuteronomy 8.2 & Matthew 11.29)
Remember the long way that the Lord your God has led you these forty years in the wilderness, in order to humble you, testing you to know what was in your heart.
Deuteronomy 8:2
Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
Matthew 11:29
Lord, my God, thank you for leading me through the trials and difficulties that come in this life. Help me walk in your footsteps to learn from you. May my heart be tuned into your gentleness and humility. You bring rest to my soul. Let my life reflect your spirit within me today. Amen.
