(Awaken) Nothing We Do Can Hold Jesus Down (Psalm 9:19; Mark 9:31) (Hope)

The Awaken team spent a ministry week recently with other young adults at the Canada Lutheran Bible Institute. Here is the photo of everyone who was a part of that time together. At the heart of these Greenhouse Movement communities is a desire to find a way to serve our Lord. The gap year programs provided by Awaken, CLBI, Theta, Discipleship and other groups that gather young adults together are creating the future leaders for our congregations. Please keep all these young people in your prayers as they are in training to serve Christ in ministries around the world and maybe even some day in your own community.

Prayer

Your resurrection power, Lord, is hidden from all who don't know you. Keep my faith strong. I don't want any fear of others or even of death to hold me back from witnessing to your risen presence. Give me courage to follow you wherever you lead me. My life is hidden in you. Amen.
