SUNDAYCAST Waiting on God with hope (Isaiah 8:7; Titus 2:13-14)
I will wait for the Lord, who is hiding his face from the house of Jacob.
Isaiah 8:17
We wait for the blessed hope and the manifestation of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ. He it is who gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all iniquity.
Titus 2:13-14
Jesus, I give thanks that as I await a future with a blessed hope, you absolve my sins and pour out mercy. Today I recall your entry into Jerusalem; the road to redemption begins! This is good news for me, but suffering for you. Forgive my impatience and help me to rely on your timing for salvation. Amen.
