Thankful thoughts create thankful mouths (Exodus 20:16; Ephesians 4:29)
You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

Let come out of your mouths only what is useful for building up, as there is need, so that your words may give grace to those who hear.
Ephesians 4:29
Living Word, you speak grace, life, and inspiration. My words can lie, gossip, or tear down. Put a guard over my lips, protecting others from any words that destroy. Put your words in my mouth today, and let them build up and encourage, giving grace to others. Amen.
