Hold fast to the Lord your God, as you have done to this day.

Faithful God, often my life is a juggling act. With my hands always in motion, holding fast to you seems impossible. Quell arrogant imagining that my power and skill make things work. Instead, make my incompetence become confidence in you. Today I give thanks that you are God and I am not. Amen.
