The Lord is wonderful in counsel and excellent in wisdom.
Isaiah 28:29
Christ came and proclaimed peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near.
Ephesians 2:17
Wonderful Counselor, your will for my life is to live within your abiding peace. But when I am uncertain of your plan, I become impatient and strike off on my own. I end up sowing strife along the way. May I receive your gift of forgiveness today so that peace may reign in my heart again. Amen.
