(Mission Cast) His Righteousness To Children’s Children (Psalm 103:17 18; Rev 3:10)

Jeff discusses life as a First-Generation Immigrant from China to the United States with college students who have attended the Chinese Lutheran Church, Honolulu, Hawaii. They discuss the initial challenges each had to overcome living in a new culture with new language. Most of them were able to adapt to their new environment because of the church. It was a cross-cultural gathering place but the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ united them and offered loving care and support. Old Testament Verse

Prayer

Eternal God, I find comfort in your limitless love. From before time your holy presence radiated calm and joy. Thank you for opening my ears to hear the music of your covenant promises. Let me sing your melodies even when the dissonance of the world distracts me. Amen.
