IRISHCAST and J&J The Lord in the testing (Deut 13v3; 1 Corth 10v13)
The LORD your God is testing you, to know whether you indeed love the LORD your God with all your heart and soul.
Deuteronomy 13:3
God is faithful, and he will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it.
1 Corinthians 10:13
Holy God, my endurance is laughable while your patience is immeasurable. Help me to grow in patient love for others. May I become willing to decrease as the life of Christ increases in me. Lead me today to actions that reveal the glory of your name and your blessing on your world. Amen.
