(Mission Cast) The Importance Of Remembering Stories (Deuteronomy 4:9; John 20:18) (Discipleship)

Jeff and Mim reflect upon their history with God’s steadfast love and faithfulness in their lives. It is important to remember and tell stories to strengthen our faith. God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. He is faithful and his steadfast love endures forever toward his children. We need to remind ourselves of God’s miraculous power to intervene. At other times, we remind ourselves of God’s promises and his provision for the times when we are in the wilderness and our prayers seem unanswered. This is why we are so thankful for the Ground Up Grace Community. We hear stories from different people and ages that remind us that God is for us and always shepherding us with his love and grace.

Lord, I desire to see you more clearly and love you more dearly. I thank you for all the ways you reveal yourself to me, especially through your word and your death on the cross.
