Martin Luther joins us today from his tour of doing “Table Talks” in Texas with Katie. We are always glad to get Luther to proclaim Christ to us with his gospel message even though we have to put up with a little Norwegian accent in him from time to time. But at least he is using his message to accent what a gift it is for us to receive all Christ has given to us. How can we keep from singing?
Many are saying to me, "There is no help for you in God." But you, O Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.

Then one of them, when he saw that he was healed from the skin disease, turned back, praising God with a loud voice.
Luke 17:15
Lord, the arrows of the evil one seek to harm me. But the wicked one is no match for you. You are a strong shield, a mighty fortress. In you I cannot be harmed. In you shelter is healing. Thank you for washing me clean and making me new. Teach me to always turn back to you in praise. Amen.
