(Hawaiicast) Jesus Fills Our Desires (Psalm 145:15 16; Luke 3:11) (Trust)

Our closing days in Hawaii came with a very powerful morning worship among many people who were called to worship just for yesterday’s gathering. The good news is that they came here looking to our Father to fill their needs and to satisfy their desires and God met them. It is our prayer that each of us can share with someone today what our Father has done this for us. Open your hand. Open your mouth. Let God speak through you.

Old Testament Verse

The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food in due season. You open your hand, satisfying the desire of every living thing.
Psalm 145:15-16

New Testament Verse

Whoever has two coats must share with anyone who has none, and whoever has food must do likewise.
Luke 3:11

Prayer

Creator God, everything belongs to you. I am sorry when I become possessed by my own belongings. You have gifted me with so much. Help me to hold all I have less tightly. Let your Holy Spirit encourage me to become generous to those in need, so they might come to have a truer understanding of you. Amen.
