Sing and rejoice, O daughter Zion! For lo, I will come and dwell in your midst, says the Lord.

Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, for he has looked favorably on his people and redeemed them.

Ever-present God, I give thanks for the promise and blessing of your presence in my life. I regret I do not always rejoice in you, but instead busy myself with other priorities. Look on me with favor and redeem me. Today I remember loved ones now dwelling in your midst and I am filled with gratitude and joy. Amen.
