Samuel said to Saul, "Stop here yourself for a while, that I may make known to you the word of God."

Holy Spirit, thank you for the people and moments that make me stop, just as Saul did, and reflect on my life. Release my hardened heart to see and to hear that you are with me! In life's moments you are not distant but walking alongside me. Who can I stop and walk with in your word and love? Amen.
